Shalom Prayer Ministry
A place to experience God’s peace, healing, and wholeness
Life has a way of leaving us carrying things we were never meant to hold on to—pain, anxiety, old wounds, unhealthy patterns, or places where we just feel stuck.

Shalom is a Holy Spirit-led prayer ministry where we slow down, invite the presence of Jesus, and allow the Holy Spirit to bring peace and restoration to the places that need it most.

In the Bible, shalom doesn’t just mean peace—it means wholeness. Things being put back together. Life aligning again with God’s design. That’s what we’re after.
What a Shalom Session Is Like
Shalom isn’t intense, weird, or performance-based. It’s a safe, prayerful space where:

-
You’re prayed with, not preached at
-
The Holy Spirit is invited to lead the session
-
Jesus is welcomed into areas of pain, confusion, or disconnection
-
Healing, truth, and freedom are gently received—not forced
-
Lies are uncovered and renounced and truth is found
-
Greater connection with the Godhead: Father, Son and Holy Spirit is created

Every session looks a little different, because God meets people uniquely.
Common Questions
Do I need to be “spiritually mature” for this?
Not at all. Shalom is for anyone who wants more of God’s peace and freedom—right where they are.

Is this counseling or therapy?
No. Shalom is a prayer ministry, not clinical counseling. While emotional healing often happens, it doesn’t replace professional care when that’s needed.

What if I don’t know what to say or pray?
That’s okay. You don’t need the right words. Our trained prayer team helps guide the time, and the Holy Spirit does the work.

Is this safe if I’ve been hurt by church or I’m in recovery?
Yes. Shalom is gentle, respectful, and honors boundaries. There’s no pressure, no manipulation, and no expectation to perform or respond a certain way.

Is this confidential?
Yes. What’s shared in a Shalom session stays there, unless there is a safety concern.

Why We Do This
We believe Jesus still heals.
We believe the Holy Spirit still speaks.
And we believe Father God desires wholeness for every part of our lives—spirit, soul, and body.

Shalom is simply a space to receive what God already wants to give and what Jesus His Son already paid for.

“I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.” John10:10

The peace of God is not something we strive for—it’s something we receive.
